Registration and assessment fee - per person (includes initial health assessment)	£95
Individual plan- monthly fee	£20
Family plan - monthly fee (up to 2 adults + 3 children)	£50

 

Consultation fees are payable in advance, at the time of booking. Additional payments for treatment or tests required at the time of consultation are payable at the end of the consultation. We accept payments in cash or by card. Cheques are not accepted. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will not be entitled to any refund. If you miss your apppointment for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund and will need to rebook.
